Australian Olympic and Commonwealth Games silver medallist diver Melissa Wu has recently joined the Funkita F-Team. Melissa loves wearing Funkita as it reflects her sport and personality!
Wu's first competition as a Funkita F-Team member will be the FINA/NVC Diving World Series later this month in Beijing where she will represent Australia in the 10m Platform Synchro with Lara Tevitt and the 10m Platform events.
Year round Melissa trains 10 times a week once in the morning for two hours and once at night, lately she has been focusing on strength training and has been doing lots of diving repetitions leading up to this year's World Series events. Melissa manages to juggle intensive training with full time study towards a degree in Commerce. Aside from diving and study, Melissa loves skateboarding, playing tennis, going to the beach and going out to eat.
